ORDER

14.07.2026

This complaint alleges non-compliance of the order dated 27.11.2025 entered in complainant’s WP(C) No.33066 of 2025. After issuance of contempt notice.

2. At this stage of admission of the matter, learned counsel appearing for the complainant very fairly submits that the subject representation of his client has been negatived vide order No.5543 dated 02.02.2026 and therefore, the proceedings be disposed off reserving liberty to the complainant to take up appropriate action for challenging the said order. I agree.

Ordered accordingly and proceedings are dropped.
