This complainant arises out of allegations of non-compliance of the judgment dated 17.12.2025 handed in complainant’s WP(C) No.32343 of 2025.
At this stage of admission, learned counsel representing the complainant submits and this Court appreciates the same that there is compliance of the order whose violation is alleged and therefore, proceedings be dropped. I agree.
Ordered accordingly and proceedings are dropped. If there is any grievance left, it is open to the complainant to take appropriate proceedings in that connection and all contentions for that are kept open.
