ORDER

14.07.2026

This complaint alleges violation of compliance of the order dated 10.12.2025 entered in complainant’s WP(C) No.32282 of 2025.

At the stage of admission, learned counsel appearing for the complainant very fairly submits that the representation of his client having been considered has been rejected vide order dated 07.07.2026 and therefore, these proceedings be dropped with liberty to lay a challenge to the said rejection elsewhere in accordance with law, keeping open all contentions of the parties. I agree.

In view of above, ordered accordingly and proceedings are dropped.

Web copy of this order to be acted upon by all concerned.
