02. (Through Hybrid Mode)
1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Parties No.2 and 3 to execute the Distress Warrants issued by the learned JMFC, Narsinghpur against the Opposite Party No.4 in Cr.P.(Ex.) No.12 of 2023 and Cr.P.(Ex.) No.37 of 2022 to ensure realization of the arrear maintenance amount to the Petitioner.
2. Pursuant to the order dated 03.07.2026, Mr. Amitabh Pradhan, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces the instructions of the IIC, Town Police Station, Dhenkanal where it is stated that on 13.07.2026 raid was conducted and the warrantee
Hiranya Rout has been apprehended and shall be produced before the learned SDM-cum-Sub-Collector, Sadar, Dhenkanal after due execution.
3. Ms. S. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has received the amount for which the Distress Warrant has been issued.
4. In view of above developments, no direction is required to be issued in this CRLMP, which is accordingly disposed of.
