02. (Through Hybrid Mode)
1. The Petitioner has filed this CRLMP being aggrieved by the failure of the Opposite Party No.3 to register a case on the written report dated 06.05.2026 of the Petitioner (Annexure-1).
2. Pursuant to order dated 03.07.2026, Mr. S.K. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces instruction dated 14.07.2026 of the Inspector-in-Charge, Anantapur Police Station, Balasore where it has been stated that on written report of the Petitioner, Anantapur PS Case No.174 dated 14.07.2026 has been registered under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/296/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS against the accused Sangita Nath, w/o Ramakanta Nath along with others and SI Niranjan Soren has been directed to take up investigation.
3. In view of the above development, no direction is required to be issued in this CRLMP which is accordingly disposed of.
