1. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called.
2. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the I.I.C., Basudevpur Police Station – Opposite Party No.3 to accept the complaint of the Petitioner, investigate into the case and proceed against the accused persons in accordance with law.
3. This matter was once listed before the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) in the Lawzima Court on 19.05.2026, where six weeks time has been granted for removal of the defects.
4. In view of the nature of prayer in the CRLMP and as more than three and half years have elapsed since filing of the CRLMP, it can safely be presumed that the CRLMP has become infructuous.
5. The CRLMP is accordingly dismissed.
