The complainant alleges non-compliance of the order dated 08.08.2025 entered in complainant’s WP(C) No.1143 of 2024. At the stage of admission, learned counsel appearing for the complainant very fairly submits that there is a substantial compliance. He even more fairly submits that the proceedings be dropped reserving liberty of his client to lay a challenge to the non-compliance of the rest of the order keeping open all contentions of the parties. I agree.
Ordered accordingly and proceedings are dropped.
