ORDER

14.07.2026

02. This complaint alleges non-compliance of the order dated 23.02.2026 entered in W.A No.818 of 2021. Police notice has been duly served on the contemnors. Till date compliance report is not filed.

Learned AGA, Mr. Panda, very fairly submits that the order in question shall be complied, as has been stated in the letter dated 13.07.2026 sent by the Director of Secondary Education, Orissa, Bhuabaneswar.

In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are dropped for the time being with liberty to the Complainant to seek their revival, if assurance given to this Court is not

adhered to in which event, it would be a case of aggravated contempt.
