ORDER
Order No. 13.07.2026 (Through Hybrid Mode)

1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No. 3 to register the complaint filed by the Petitioner on 02.05.2026 as an FIR and direct the Opposite Party No.2 to supervise the investigation.
2. Mr. A.K. Apat, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in spite of two letters dated 23.06.2026 and 08.07.2026 and phone calls, instructions have not been received from the IIC, Khurda Sadar P.S.
3. Perusal of the CRLMP reveals that the Petitioner instead puspa of approaching the Superintendent of Police, Khurda approached the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar who is arrayed as Opposite Party No.2 in this CRLMP.
4. The CRLMP is therefore disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Khurda with her grievance.
