1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call.
3. In this writ petition, the Petitioners pray for a direction to set aside order dated 10th October, 2025 (Annexure-5) passed by the Collector, Malkangiri in OGLS Appeal/Misc Case No.25 of 2025 and for consequential relief.
4. The matter was listed on 27th April, 2026, when none appeared on behalf of the Petitioners to pursue the writ petition. However, in order to provide another opportunity to the Petitioners the matter stood adjourned to be listed today, i.e., on 13th July, 2026.
5. Since, none appears for the Petitioners to pursue the matter, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
