1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This CRLMP has been filed to set aside the FIR lodged against the Petitioner in Baghamari PS Case No.81 dated 2nd October, 2020 (Annexure-7).
3. Mr. Aditya Mishra, learned counsel being authorized by Mrs. Modi, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the CRLMP submitting that the matter has already been settled before the Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Khurda. He also files a memo to that effect signed by Mrs. Modi, learned counsel for the Petitioners.
