01. CONTC No.1471 OF 2026
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This CONTC has been filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 2nd May, 2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.16439 of 2024.
3. Mr. Mukherji, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners submits that in the meantime the order passed in W.P.(C) No. 16439 of 2024 has already been complied with.
