3. This is an application for amendment of the review petition.
4. The I.A. was taken up on 24th April, 2026, when none represented the Petitioner at the time of call. However, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the MCL to file objection to the I.A. No objection has been filed as on date.
5. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the I.A., the I.A. stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
