1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opp. Party No.3 to register an FIR against Opp. Party No.5 on the basis of the allegation made by the Petitioner on 29.05.2026 (Annexure-4).
2. After hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner and perusing the averments in the CRLMP, the CRLMP is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to avail the alternative remedy which is available to him in case his FIR has still not been registered.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of the allegations in the complaint.
4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
