Order No. 10.07.2026 I.A. NO.694 OF 2026

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 14th March, 2026, by which MACA No.1078 of 2025 was disposed of in the National Lok Adalat.
3. Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the Applicants in the I.A. submits that the remedy to assail the order passed in the National Lok Adalat under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 is by filing a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the I.A. to avail the remedy.
4. In view of such submission, the I.A. is disposed of as withdrawn.
