1. Pursuant to order dated 06.07.2026, a properly constituted date chart and synopsis has been filed by learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the same.
2. Heard, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S. K. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel.
3. After hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and going through the averments in the CRLMP and the Annexures, in view of the decision of the Supreme Court in the in the case of Sudhir Bhaskarrao Tambe v/s Hemant Yashwant Dhage and Others : (2016) 6 SCC 277, the CRLMP is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to avail
the alternative remedy, if no FIR has been registered in the meanwhile.
4. Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
