ORDER
09.07.2026 (Hybrid Mode)
03.
1. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. The petitioner is also absent on repeated calls.
2. On 24.06.2026 non had appeared for the petitioner and the following order was passed:
“1. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
The matter is listed for orders with the office note put up by the Registry that nomenclature of the case may be ‘CRLMP’. No steps have yet been taken though the matter is pending since 2022.
2. To grant further opportunity to the petitioner, the matter shall be listed ‘For Orders’ in the week commencing 06.07.2026 indicating that the matter shall be disposed of.
The Registry shall communicate copy of this order to the learned counsel for the petitioner.”
3. The efforts of this Court to intimate the order to the learned counsel for the petitioner has not yielded any result. Though the matter was presented before this Court on 15.02.2022 for the last more than four years no steps have taken on behalf of the petitioner to remove the defect as pointed by S.R. regarding change of nomenclature from RPFAM to CRLMP.
4. In considered view of this Court, no purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending without there being any steps on behalf of the petitioner.
5. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
