Act under Annexure - 2 in L.A. Case No. 09 of 2012 in terms of the award dated 23.09.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Bhawanipatna in LAR No. 40 of 2019 within a stipulated time period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court; And any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper; And for this act of kindness the petitioner as on duty bound ever pray.”
