3. Keeping in mind the grievance of the Petitioner, this Court, vide order dated 17.04.2026, directed learned State Counsel to take instruction, with regard to current status of the application filed by the Petitioner under Section 28-A of the Act.

4. Mr. Dash, learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instruction, submits that the application filed by the Petitioner under Section 28-A of the Act has already been decided, and the estimate is submitted to the Director, (R&R) and Ex-officio Special Secretary to Government, Department of Water Resources, Odisha, Bhubaneswar vide Letter No.573/UIIP dated 25.06.2026, for sanction. A copy of the said letter is produced before this Court for reference. The same is taken on record.
