ORDER

Order No.

02. 08.07.2026

(Through hybrid Mode)

1. On 20.05.2026 when the matter was taken up, a number of mistakes and defects were detected for which Mr. Sai Prasad Mallick, who was appearing on behalf of the Petitioner was given the liberty to withdraw the case to file a better application. However, without reading the file or taking instructions from Mr. Srinibash Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner, he insisted for adjournment of the case. Considering the fact that he is new entrant to the Bar and may be misunderstood by his Senior, the matter was adjourned to today.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up Mr. Srinibash Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo

praying for withdrawal of the application with liberty to file better application.

3. The said memo is taken again on record.

4. The CRLMP is disposed of granting the aforesaid liberty.
