ORDER

15.07.2026 I.A. No.2289 of 2026

12. This application supported by affidavit has been filed by 8th Respondent-Company (hereinafter ‘Applicant-Company’) seeking correction of some typographical error inadvertently crept into the judgment dated 06.07.2026 whereby W.A. No.1359 of 2025 has been finally disposed off.

2. Mr.Ashok Parija, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Applicant-Company submits that the Comparative Chart of Dates supplied by him has been inadvertently reproduced at Paragraph-3.6 of the judgment instead of in Paragraph-3.5, with which narrative fits. Mr.Acharya, learned counsel for the Appellant-Company submits that similar is the situation in respect of the Comparative Chart of Dates supplied by him, which has been inadvertently reproduced at Paragraph-3.5 instead of Paragraph-3.6.

The above apart, Mr.R.R.Swain, learned Advocate on record appearing for 8th Respondent-Company tells that his name & his associate (Mr.D.P.Sahu) has not been reflected in the cause title of the judgment in question and therefore, the same be printed.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the application papers, we agree with the submission advanced at the Bar and direct the rectification, ex dubito justitiae in order to avoid confusion. The Comparative Chart of Dates printed at Paragraph-3.5 of the judgment shall be shifted to 3.6 & similarly, the Comparative Chart of Dates printed at Paragraph 3.6 shall be shifted to 3.5, rest of the judgment being left as it is. Further, the name of learned counsels Mr.R.R. Swain & Mr.D.P. Sahu, be printed in the cause title of the judgment in question, as representing the 8th Respondent-Company.

The rectified judgment be uploaded.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed off.

Web copy of the rectified judgment dated 06.07.2026 read with this order to be acted upon by all parties concerned.
