ORDER
03.07.2026
02.
1. It is submitted by Mr. Biraja Prasad Tripathy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the order and judgment dated 22nd September, 2021 have been complied with in the interregnum and there is no subsisting grievance against the alleged contemnor.
2. The aforesaid facts have been corroborated by Mr. Sanjay Rath, learned counsel representing the alleged contemnor.
3. In view of the above fact that the order and judgment have already been complied with, we do not feel that keeping the instant contempt application pending would subserve justice.
4. The contempt against the alleged contemnor is accordingly dropped.
