1. This CRLMP has been filed with a prayer to direct the Opposite Party No.3 to carry out investigation as per due process and provisions of law.
2. When the matter is taken up, Mr. Bijay Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner wants to withdraw this application with the liberty to file a fresh application
in case there is delay in completion of the investigation or he is aggrieved by the result of the investigation.
3. The CRLMP is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for.
