ORDER
02.07.2026 Borrowers are knocking at the doors or Writ Court complaining against the coercive measures of recovery, the subject security property having been auctioned in May, 2025.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner having submitted various points of law, now, agrees with the suggestion of this Court that this client should seek redressal of the hands of DRT as provided under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. He has also mentioned about the limitation period prescribed by law for availing such a remedy, which aspect in Tribunal itself has to consider bit leniently, if grounds do exist therefor. In the above circumstances, this petition is disposed off keeping open all contentions of the parties. It is open to the
Petitioners to seek interim relief at the hands of the Tribunal, if grounds do exist therefor. Web copy of order to be acted upon by all concerned.
