02.07.2026 Learned counsel appearing for the Complainants seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the complaint. He has filed a memo dated 02.07.2026, which reads as under: “ MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL OF CONTC. PETITION That during pendency of the Contempt Petition, the Madhusudan Law University has accepted the Return of Matriculates of 240 students for 3 (three) year LL.B admission batch 2025-26 which had initially been returned vide Letter no. MLU-114/3860/2025 dated 02.12.2025 (Annexure-6 Series to the Contempt Petition). In such view of the above, the petitioners seek to withdraw the Contempt Petition with liberty to invoke the Contempt jurisdiction if the Opp. Parties willfully disobey the Judgment dated 17.06.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the W.P(C) no.26270 of 2024. Hence, as per instructions received from the petitioners, the Counsel for the petitioners files this Memo for Withdrawal of the Contempt Petition.”
