1. This CRLMP has been filed as to why a case should not be registered on the basis of the FIR dated 21.05.2025 submitted at the Jagatsinghpur Police Station and why the culprit should not be arrested.
2. Ms. Astami Tandia, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that as alternative remedy is available to her to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate if she is aggrieved by the inaction of the IIC, Jagatsingpur Police Station in registering a case, she wants to withdraw this CRLMP in order to avail the alternate remedy.
3. Considering the said prayer, the CRLMP is permitted to be withdrawn.

4. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for redressal of her grievances.
5. With this observation, the CRLMP is disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
