02. (Through Hybrid Mode)
1. This CRLMP has been filed with a prayer to direct the Opposite Party No.3 to take appropriate steps on the allegation made under Annexures 1 to 3 and direct the IIC, Madhupatna Police Station to supply free copy of the FIR lodged by the Petitioner.
2. Ms. Saraswati Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meanwhile Madhupatna P.S. Case No.268 of 2026 has been registered on 30.06.2026 under Sections 126(2), 296 and 351(2) of the BNS against one Dipu Mallick and free copy of the FIR has been provided to the Petitioner.
3. In view of the above development, no direction is required to be issued in the CRLMP which is accordingly disposed of.
