Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Learned ASC Mr. Khandayatray appearing for the contemner submits that the order, whose violation is complained of, has been stayed by the Apex Court in SLP (Civil) Diary No.9478 of 2026 on 08.04.2026 and therefore, the contempt proceedings be dropped with liberty to revie the same in the event SLP is dismissed. We agree.
In the above circumstances, the contempt proceedings are dropped with liberty to seek their revival depending on the outcome of the subject SLP.
