04. (Through hybrid Mode)
1. This CRLMP has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.09.2021 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack passed in Cr.P. No. 15 of 2021 directing the Petitioner to pay interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/- to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.4,000/- to her minor son-Opposite Party No.2, from the date of filing of the application i.e. 25.01.2021.
2. Ms. Sradha Rath, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner prays that the CRLMP may be permitted to be withdrawn and files a memo to that effect signed by Mr. Anupam Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner. The said memo is taken on record.

3. Mr. Satyabrata Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Swarup Kumar Patnaik, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that the CRLMP has been rendered infructuous as Cr.P. No. 15 of 2021 has been disposed of in the meanwhile.
4. In view of the prayer for withdrawal, the CRLMP is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Interim orders passed earlier stand vacated. I.A. No. 258 of 2021 stands disposed of.
