08. (Through Hybrid Mode)
1. Mr. Amitabh Pradhan, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that SFSL report in respect of 16 mobile phones have been prepared on 12.06.2026 and dispatched to the IIC, Cyber Crime and Economic Offences P.S., Rourkela on 16.06.2026 which includes the six mobile phones which were referred to in order dated 20.05.2026.
2. He submits that he has obtained instructions over telephone that after receipt of the report, the IIC shall collect the mobile phones from the SFSL.
3. As the examination of the mobile phones of the Petitioners have been completed by the SFSL, the CRLMPs are disposed of directing the Petitioners to approach the learned SDJM (P), Rourkela after two weeks for disposal of Misc. Case No. 284 of 2024 and 285 of 2024 filed by them under Section 503 of the BNSS for release of their mobile phones.
