1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No. 2 and 3 to register the written information as FIR.
2. On 22.06.2026, the matter had been adjourned to today to enable Mr. S. J. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel to obtain instructions.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up, Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits since the dispute between the petitioner and her husband has now been resolved and both are staying under one roof and have resumed their conjugal life, the Petitioner does not want to proceed with the CRLMP.
4. The said memo is taken on record.
5. In view of the memo, the CRLMP is permitted to be withdrawn.
6. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
