1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No. 2 and 3 to register the written report as an FIR.
2. Pursuant to order dated 22.06.2026, Mr. S. J. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces the instructions dated 28.06.2026 of the IIC, Chandrasekharpur Police Station, Bhubaneswar UPD, where it has been stated that the Chandrasekharpur PS Case No. 648 dated 27.06.2026 has been registered under Section 126(2)/296(b)/351(3)/3(5) of the BNS and ASI Hena Biswal has been directed to investigate the case.
3. In view of the above development, there is no necessity to issue any direction for the time being.
4. Hence, this CRLMP is disposed of.
