ORDER

Order No. 09.07.2026

(Through Hybrid Mode)

07.

1. The Registry has pointed out that there is a typographical error in paragraph-5 of the order dated 29.06.2026, where the word “CRLMC” has been inadvertently typed in place of “CRLMP”.

2. Perused the order.

3. In the first line of paragraph-5 of the order dated 29.06.2026, the word “CRLMC” may be corrected as “CRLMP”.

4. Mr. Asit Kumar Chaudhury, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that even if charge sheet is filed, the FIR can be challenged. In support of such submission, he relies on the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Mukesh & Others vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh & Others (Criminal Appeal No.____ of 2024 arising out of SLP (Criminal) No. 12354 of 2024).

5. Since the CRLMP has been disposed of, I am not inclined to pass any other order other than correcting the typographical error.
