ORDER

29.06.2026

01. (Through Hybrid Mode)

1. None appears for the Petitioners when the matter is called.

2. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the IIC, Basudevpur Police Station and the S.P., Bhadrak to register a case on the basis of Annexure-1 and to investigate the matter properly.

3. Although the case has been filed on 19.04.2022, it is being listed for the first time today. Registry has pointed out further SR could not be made due to non-filing of annexures and unpaginated index page.

4. More than four years have elapsed since filing of the case.

5. Hence, it can safely be presumed that the relief prayed for must have been granted for which no steps for listing of the case have been taken for four years.

6. The CRLMP is therefore dismissed.
