ORDER
29.06.2026 (Hybrid Mode)

1. The matter was presented before this Court on 11.11.2022.
The petition has been filed by the husband in the marriage challenging the judgment dated 25.09.2021 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Nabarangpur in Cr.P. No.31 of 2021.
2. By the said judgment, the petition filed by the wife in the marriage as well as the minor child born from the wedlock was allowed by the leaned court directing payment of monthly maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- for the wife and Rs.2,000/- for the child from the date the application was made i.e. 21.06.2021.
3. The matter being listed for orders, memo of date is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner which states thus: “That the petitioner does not wants to press the matter.
Hence it may be disposed as not press. (sic)
The memo shall be taken on record. Scanned copy be updated.
4. In view of the memo filed, the petition stands disposed of.
Copy of this order shall be forwarded to the learned Judge, Family Court, Nabarangpur to be kept in the records of Cr.P. No. 31 of 2021.
