1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Parties to take immediate steps to conduct a fair and proper investigation in Byree P.S. Case No. 221 of 2024 as per law and to direct Opposite Party No.3 – I.I.C., Byree Police Station to file charge sheet within a stipulated period.
2. It is apparent that Byree P.S. Case No. 221 of 2024 has been registered on 18.10.2024 under Section 281 and 106(1) of the BNS. More than one and half years have elapsed in the meanwhile.
3. Hence, the CRLMP is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.3 – I.I.C., Byree Police Station to ensure expeditious completion of investigation.
4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
