01. (Through Hybrid Mode)
1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the IIC, Rajkanika Police Station – Opposite Party No.4 to register the FIR and investigate into the matter and take appropriate action against the accused persons.
2. After hearing Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner, I am not satisfied that any case should be registered on
the basis of the complaint submitted by the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 series.
3. Hence, the CRLMP is dismissed.
