01. (Through hybrid mode)
1. This CRLMP has been filed with the prayer to take steps against the accused persons who are trying to influence the Police and to direct for Police protection to the family of the Petitioner.
2. After hearing, Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and perusing the averments in the CRLMP and considering the fact that Paradeep P.S. Case No. 153 of 2026 has been registered on 07.06.2026 under Sections 296, 3 (5), 351 (2) and 351 (4) of the BNS, I am of the view that this CRLMP is premature as only 20 days have elapsed after registration of the FIR.

3. On 04.06.2026, the Petitioner has already approached the S.P. and the Chief Ministers Grievance Cell.
4. The CRLMP is therefore disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner, in case there is delay in completion of investigation.
5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application. (Savitri Ratho)
