1. This Criminal Revision has been filed challenging the order dated 25.08.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Keonjhar in Balasore VGR Case No. 13 of 2016 arising out of Balasore Vigilance P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016 (T.R. Case No. 04 of 2023) rejecting the application filed by the Petitioner for her discharge.
2. Mr. B.S. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meanwhile on 19.05.2026 charge has been framed for which the matter has been rendered infructuous and so the Petitioner wants to withdraw this Criminal Revision.
3. A memo signed by Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner is filed in Court, which is taken on record.
4. Considering the said submission, the Criminal Revision is dismissed as infructuous. But the Petitioner is at liberty to raise all his contentions before the learned trial Court during the trial.
