01.
1. The application has been filed for change of nomenclature from LAA to W.P.(C).
2. The Stamp Report dated 13.12.2024 at entry 9 indicates ‘correct nomenclature is W.P.(C)’.
Accordingly, the prayer made in the I.A. is allowed. The I.A. is favoured and disposed of.
3. The petitioner shall take steps for correction of the nomenclature.
The Registry shall do the needful.
4. The petitioner shall have liberty to move the assigned Bench for listing of the matter.
