1. As none appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called in the first hour, the matter had been passed over. When the matter is called again after recess, none appears for the Petitioner.
2. This CRLMP has been filed praying for issue of a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to register the FIR and properly investigate the matter and to take necessary action against the accused persons and to submit the charge sheet as soon as possible.
3. It has been averred that the Petitioner has sent a complaint to the Opposite Party No.2 and 3 by registered post on 03.02.20246. But Annexure-1 series is addressed to the CBI, Crime Branch and the Vigilance Department and both the Petitions are dated 03.02.2025.
4. The copies of the postal receipts which have been annexed as Annexure-2 relate to the date 03.02.2024.
5. Although it is stated in the petition that FIR has been registered on 31.01.2024 and no action has been taken by the Banpur IIC regarding the matter, but the case number has not been mentioned anywhere in the CRLMP.
6. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this CRLMP and the same is dismissed.
7. The Petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application giving correct details and dates.
