ORDER
23.06.2026
01.
1. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that during pendency of the instant writ petition, the Government has already taken a decision and, therefore, the relief claimed in the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
2. A copy of the said order is handed over to the learned counsel in course of the proceeding.
3. In view of the fact that the relief has become inappropriate, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it will not prevent
the petitioner from challenging the order passed by the authority before the appropriate forum.
