01. (Through hybrid mode)
1. This CRLMP has been filed with a prayer to direct the Opposite Parties to register FIR under Annexure-1 series and cause investigation under the BNS, 2023.
2. Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although it is not stated in the petition nor copy of the order annexed, the Petitioner had filed 1C.C. Case No. 01 of 2026 before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandbali in the month of January, 2026 and a report had been called for from the IIC, Dhamra Police Station by the learned JMFC. But as no report was received, now the case is posted puspa to 07.08.2026.
3. As the Petitioner has already approached the jurisdictional Court, the CRLMP is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court afresh with supporting documents, in case of continued inaction of the Police or if there is any fresh cause of action.
4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
