ORDER
23.06.2026 Learned counsel- Mr.Ramachandra Panigrahi enters appearance for the Opposite Parties by filing vakalatnama in Court, The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the Petitioners having vociferously argued the matter for long, now, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition to pursue his remedy elsewhere in accordance with law. To that effect, withdrawal memo dated 23.06.2026 filed in Court is taken on record. Learned Panel Counsel-Mr. Panigrahi appearing for the Bank agrees with this proposal very graciously. We appreciate that. In the above circumstances, petition is disposed off as having been withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners to pursue the remedy in accordance with law and in that connection, all contentions are kept open.
