01. (Through Hybrid Mode)
1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Parties to register a case and for conduct of proper investigation by an impartial police officer.
2. It has been stated that the accused has taken Rs.3,26,000/- to settle the family dispute of the Petitioner but did not do so nor return the money to the Petitioner.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perusing the averments in the CRLMP and its annexures, I am not satisfied that this is a fit case for exercising the power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue any direction to the Opposite Parties.
4. The CRLMP is accordingly dismissed.
