ORDER
23.06.2026 (Hybrid Mode)

1. The petition was presented before this Court on 30.09.2022.
2. The petitioner is the husband in the marriage challenging the order dated 10.11.2021 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Keonjhar in Cr.L.P. No.52 of 2019.
3. By the said order, the learned Court had directed payment of monthly maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- (rupees three thousand only) to the wife in the marriage as well as the minor son born from the wedlock.
Upon instructions, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter.
