CRLMP No. 559 of 2026
5. This CRLMP has been filed with a prayer to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by the Petitioner and to direct the Opposite Parties to provide immediate police protection to the Petitioner and her family members in view of the imminent threat to their lives and property.
6. Mr. Pabitra Kumar Dutta, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meanwhile Kamarda P.S. Case No. 93 of 2026 has been registered against the accused persons.
7. Considering the said submission, the CRLMP is disposed of without issuing any direction, but observing that investigation in the case shall be conducted in accordance with law.
8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
