ORDER
22.06.2026 (Hybrid Mode)

1. The matter was presented before this Court on 15.03.2023. As evident from the order sheet, the matter is listed for orders and taken up for the first time.
2. It is submitted by the learned instructing counsel, Mr. Paltasingh that the parties have agreed for settlement and the matter is settled. The petitioner does not want to pursue the matter. Memo of date is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner which states thus:
“That in the above mentioned case, as per instruction the matter was settled between both the parties, so the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case.” (sic)
The memo is taken on record. Scanned copy be updated.
3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
Copy of this order shall be forwarded to the learned Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur to be kept in the records of Criminal Misc. Case No.473 of 2012 disposed of by judgment and order dated 24.08.2022 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur.
