01. (Through hybrid mode)
1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 to register the written report (Annexure-2) of the Petitioner as an FIR against the Opposite Party No.5.
2. Mr. Umesh Chandra Jena, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces the instructions dated 20.06.2026 of the IIC, Badagada P.S., Bhubaneswar, UPD where it is stated that on the written report of the Petitioner, Badagada P.S. Case No. 484 dated puspa 20.06.2026 has been registered under Section 296 (b)/ 351 (3)/ 3(5) of the BNS. The instructions are taken on record.
3. In view of this development, no direction is required to be issued in the CRLMP which is accordingly disposed of.
4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
