1. I.A. has been filed for conversion of nomenclature of the petition from RPFAM to CRLMP.
2. The Stamp report dated 24.10.2025 at Entry-9 indicates RPFAM does not lie.
The prayer in the I.A. is allowed. I.A. is favoured and disposed of.
3. The petitioner shall take steps to change the nomenclature from RPFAM to CRLMP.
The Registry shall do the needful.
4. The petitioner shall have liberty to move the assigned Bench for listing of the matter.
